It is quite common for the mushroom effect to take a couple of weeks to fully kick in. It will be intersting to see if you continue to make progress over the coming days.
Given the levels of your other medication I think we have a real battle on our hands here!!!
If all else fails there is always LSD. I have used this personally and found it to be at least as effective as the shrooms. I know others who found relief with the LSD where the shrooms had failed.
