My girlfriend has suffered from clusters since she was 18. She is now 37. She requested that I post this for others to consider. As with most who suffer clusters, she is willing to try almost anything to get some relief. About 12 years ago we discovered that orgasms will stop her headaches. Our theory is that the orgasm releases endorphins and/or changes blood pressure, but whatever the physiological reason may be she's a believer. We discussed this with her neurologist, who had no better explaination as to why it worked, but added, "If it works, go for it."
