In cycle ,I'm scattered ,confused,, can't remember any thing,,seems like every thing revolves around the last one and when the next one will hit.I have learned , at those times, to do one thing at a time,write notes to my self,in other words ,I act like I'm 80 years old , being real careful to keep track of appointments and days and times, and completing tasks..I figure its the drugs, the pain,and the lack of sleep.I just accept I'm handicaped and try to figure out a way to deal with it.I keep a note book on the kitchen counter and write down the simplist stuff, then review it each day .Out of cycle I'm ok,, but I have feeling some damage has been done each cycle,,either from the meds,or the beast.Theres a hell of lot more to CH than just pain.
