I started out on 25mg. and have worked up to 100mg. It is still too soon to tell if it is going to work. I was on 480mg. verapamil which was working pretty good but my neuro wants to taper me off of it because he feels the topamax will work better for me...you know Docs ...never satisfied when you are pf..LMAO. will keep you posted on the results. smile, nancyc
