...here's the gospel: Get a 15 lpm regulator. Get the mask that I have linked below. Tell your supplier to bring you a bubbler that will mix moisture with the dry oxygen. Get on the tank at 8-10 lpm as soon as you get the first twinges of an attack. The pain should subside in 5-10 minutes. Stay on the mask for 5 minutes after the pain is gone. Don't argue; JUST DO IT!
