There are two brochure links on the O.U.C.H. site. Try this:
a. Use the SEARCH button, type: "brochure"
b. One of the links to brochure will look like "brochure", the second like "Brochure".
c. Try the second link first, if it does not work, then try the other.
d. Also, what e-mail editor is your internet browser defaulting to? I use WORD, and chose the Word option in the second link with the capital B.
If the above does not work, I'm at a loss. Good Luck.
