2 things they are doing to get around the need for a script.
One, they are not using medical grade oxygen. Could be ok, but the purity is not guarenteed...they don't need to worry about possible contaminents if they don't put the word medical on the o2 container.
Two, they are not high flow O2 systems. Mostly 2l or less. This is not very effective for cluster headaches (might help some, though).
I don't think that this is the answer.
