Trigeminal Neuralgia is known as the worst known pain to man...Cluster's goes by the suicide disease.
Trigeminal Neuralgia is a painful condition of the face with electric jabs of pain that drop people to their knees when it happens, many times a day. Some have remissions and others it's 7/24. There is many many people with it and it too like clusters you don't hear much about it.
I'm not in anyway trying to compare the two, please don't get me wrong, but just wanted to say that TN is called the worst known pain to man. I've seen that in writtings about it.
