it's all kind of a blur now, but it had something to do with greased pigs. Or was it greased lightning. Either way, it was just about making something slippery in order to make the clusters go away. Maybe he's found a way to apply it directly to clusterheads' snuffleupagi? I dunno.
I do know there was something about Hub in there too. Which made it even scarier.
