The two receptors you are thinking of are the 5HT-2A and 5HT-2C receptors. LSD is not the only compound that will bind to both: psilocin, mescaline, and presumably other hallucinogens with the same basic chemical structure will also bind to these two receptors.
I believe you are correct in that methysergide and the various triptans bind solely (or at least primarily) to the 5HT-2A receptor.
