Dear Oprah,
I was watching your show with Dr. Phil. A couple was on your show. He was a Doctor and his wife was so self conceited. I pray for her. I also pray for him. She is not helping him. I totally understood him eating a donut a day. My husband used to make comments on my weight and I sometimes would eat a whole bag of cookies without even realizing it. Or I would sneek food. She needs to support him and let it go. You marry for who the person is not the size of their waist. Once my husband understood what his little comments were doing to me he corrected them and started supporting me. I have lost thirty pounds and feel better about myself. Thank you Dr. Phil. For your honesty to that wife. She needs to support her husband and not shame him.
