He is definately going to know he is off the paxil, if he stops taking it all together. It takes like at least a week to feel normal.
I am also 4'11" and I weigh like 105-110. I would check with a pharmacist or someone before quitting. I couldnt even drive my car because it screwed up my equilibrium...Good luck
