I'm sorry you suffer, but THANK YOU for saying it's NOT stress. I was told that so often I got very defensive about it. My gosh, I "thrive" on stress. I'm an accountant and deal with the IRS - and I did it a long time before I ever had a CH.
Several people on this site (especially women - for some reason) have been told to get rid of the stress and they'll get rid of the HA. BULL****!
Again, thank you for saying that STRESS is not your trigger. I feel better and I'm sure a lot of others do too.
