Been managing attacks fairly adept lately during the day and even missed a night attack. High hopes of a cycle end led me to lighten up on meds. Yeah, my wise ass almost got me in trouble at work when an attack found its way through my weak line of defense. I almost ruined a seven month no sick or late streak and found myself using up all I had brought in the first two hours to quell an oncoming Mr. C to the tune of about a 7 while at work. Had to work with shades on and pray. The bombardment worked but that was the opportunity Mr. C had been looking for. Overconfidence. His encore tonight has me up till dawn with ice pack and Imitrex. I bought a new ice pack that advertised "colder than ice." What does that mean? 31 degrees instead of 32? Marketing!!!
Anyway, I'm used to this, the bakery opens and the cinnamon rolls are fresh, hot and glazy.
Be careful out there.
