Nothing was even coming close to working and I had been hospitalized once already so the doc gave me the patch. 75 mils. It cut the CH way down in how many I was getting and how bad they were. I then went to the 100 mil. I was throwing up, It was too much (dam it anyway because I had not one when up that high) So I went back down to the 75. I was on it a month. You have to change it every 3 days and my insurance paid for it (unlike all the imetrex). One month later the CH were almost gone so I took the patch off. WOW, I had withdrawls, real bad. I had to go back on the patch and taper down week by week. That was not fun. I have never had withdrawls before and I did NOT like them. If I ever get to the point I was before, yes I will try them again. But I would rather find a prventative. But I am sure they kept me out of the hospital and kept the thoughts of suiside away.
