glad to hear you're out of the cycle. My husband experiences EXACTLY what you are going through both before and after a cycle. He is about to go into his spring cycle and yesterday when the dog jumped up on the bed he immediately became stuffed up. Let me tell you the dog spends more time on the bed than we do and this never affects him when he is cluster free.
He's back to using Dristan nasal spray which, in turn, creates rebound congestion problems but, as you know - whatever works, go for it.
I'm watering him heavily and so far I think we've delayed the cycle for the last three weeks. Poor guy's going to sprout leaves pretty soon I think but I'm sure he'd gladly do so if it meant avoiding the beast!!
