You are one of the first people I have seen that have recommended sex as a relief. I too have found that arousal either self imposed or with an SO to be very helpful. It must be done right at the onslaught of the CH because as you know it is almost impossible to focus on anything once in the throngs of pain. It has been around 50% effective at staving off a CH.
I truly like your suggestions and will take them to heart. I just started a cycle 10 days ago after a 4 year absence. Been a clusterhead for 21 years now.
