Just found this website today. What a find!!! Started a new cluster cycle 10 days after a 4 year absence. BUMMER!! Just started using Prednisone, 60 mgs first 5 days, 40mgs next 5, 20 mgs final five. Have not had one in three days and am feeling optimistic.
One thing that has worked for me at the beginning of the headache is sexual arousal (either self imposed or with your sig other) The theory being it gets the blood flowing. I'd say 50% of the time it has helped stave off the cluster. Check it out..
