Jackie,
You sound pretty normal to me - for a Clusterhead!
Yes, personality does change. I'm one of those people who take what comes and don't take anything that serious and sure don't worry over something I can't control - UNTIL I became a Clusterhead. My sense of humor went first, then the voice changed from "nice" to the "super-bitch", then the attitude went from positive to "who gives a damn!"
Six weeks now of NOT hurting and I'm getting back to normal. Still can't juggle a dozen things yet, but am working on it.
One thing that does help (a little) is - When I get depressed, I write "hate mail" to everyone who's ever ticked me off about anything. Now, it's not really a good idea to mail this stuff (never did remember the "last" name of that jerky boy that pulled my pigtails in grade school), but it helps me to write it. That way you get it off your chest and don't hurt anyone. And you can pull them up a month or two later and have a good laugh. Try it - it works for me.
But don't get depressed about being depressed. that's one good thing about this site - VENT VENT VENT. We're gonna love you regardless, cause you've been there for all of us when we needed to blow off. Hang in there - we'll all get through this.
Hugs (big ones) BD
