New Sufferer

My SO is going through his second episode of CH's. I recognized it last time it happened from looking in my home medical book. But when they went away after a while, he still didnt go to the doctor because they didnt come back. NOW their back and as you all well know, they suck! For both parties! As of today its his second evening of waking up with CH. He has agreed to go get treatment now that I've called up every bit of proof that this is really something that others suffer from...but to save my sanity, is there something I can do in the meantime to get him back to sleep?

By the way... what an awesome site! Major kudos to the builders!
