I received letters asking me to explain why I feel it is time to leave. I want to thank you for the post and letters! Instead of answering one at a time I will just post! From day one there has been fussing on the board. The difference between now and then is the fighting on the board use to be to snake oil salesman, or someone who came on board looking for a fight. We would sure give them one if they messed with the people here on this board. Now the fighting is among us. Oh people are not coming right out and jumping on people but the digs and puns are there. If we don’t like someone instead of just not posting to them , we look for something in their post to get pissed about. We are not happy at just emailing that person and telling them our thought, oh no that would not be punishment enough instead we have to post so all can see. I am leaving because I refuse to watch people who have been friends for year’s fight, and I refuse to fight any one that has been a friend of mine. Enough is enough!
People forget why we are here and we forget the man that made it all possible. DJ started ch.com he let us do what ever we wanted here. The only thing he asked of us was to keep it clusters and enjoy it and become friends. We walked in his home and kind of trashed it. Every bad post or hate post anyone wrote that was in anger toward another clusterhead was trashing his board. I HAVE BEEN GUILTY OF TRASHING IT! DJ has never said one word to me about it except “WTF is going on” ! Now I see DJ is ill and having trouble of his own. I feel for DJ cause what he is fixing to go through I been there done that. It is very scary what he is fixing to go through. I looked at the board and got mad I wanted to post some hateful words here yesterday,. Then I said no that I don’t have hate in my heart for anyone here. I won’t write bad stuff here ever again, then I thought about DJ and how disrespectful we have been to him. I vowed with my last post I did against August that I would never post a bad post again and that I would never let anger lead me to fighting a friend never again. I figured now was as good a time as any to exit the board. I do this out of respect for DJ and respect for people who mean something to me.
I leave you guys with this thought. Respect DJ for the gift he has given us, and take care of the home he built for us. STOP THE FIGHTING, THE HATING, THE ANGERY WORDS, AND CARE ABOUT EACH OTHER AGAIN!!! LEARN TO FORGIVE!!!!
If you want to post under this, don’t post to me but post your good wishes, your prayers, your thoughts to DJ a man that deserves more than he gets. Goodbye for now and take care of each other and be nice to one another. Its the only way ch.com will survive! Be pain free and happy
