By the way, it contains butalbital, NOT butalbarbital. It is much more shorter acting. I've never seen Fioricet which contains codeine.
Prescribed dosage, 1 or 2 tablets initially, 1 or 2 again in 2-4 hours daily. That's it.
EXCEEDING daily limits, of course, may cause rebound headaches or dependency. I was suggesting the prescribed dosage, not EXCEEDING the daily dosage. Proper usage can be less dangerous than drinking a beer.
A glass of wine a day can be prescibed for better heart health, but EXCEEDING that limit can of course be dangerous.
A cup of coffee a day can be helpful. EXCEEDING your caffeine limitations can cause headaches and heart irregularities.
Salt is useful in your diet. Exceeding 2400mg a day can be very dangerous.
Cholesterol is necessary for proper brain function, EXCEEDING 300mg a day is dangerous.
My drift is, I was talking responsible adherence to the prescribed dose.
Tylenol can be used to remedy headaches. OVERUSE can cause liver damage.......
