We all know how frustrating it is trying to explain these black hearted things from hell. But meat as a trigger? I personally don't think so. I mean, how often do you eat meat compared to how often you have cycles? I too know some vegetarians. The ones I know seem to be fanatics. They believe a vegetable diet is the answer to everything. I eat meat and they call me a murderer. A murderer? Don't vegeatables live too? I thought that meat was part of a well balanced diet. I don't think cluster headaches give a rat's patoot what you eat. But do try to stay away from alcohol. Better stop now before I start to ramble.
