Have you ever felt your muscles almost twitch but not actually move? I think we all can make our leg muscles almost flex but not quite. It's a warm and comfortable feeling, not orgasmic but it feels kind of good. It's a little like that. I actually look at my arms and hands and keep my eyes at half mast. It seems to help for some reason. I can see my hands get almost red from increased circulation. Keep trying to feel the blood. You have to remember to concentrate on keeping blood away from the eye where the pain is. I don't know why this was easy for me....I guess I didn't have much else to do at the time. Forget focusing and try to actually manipulate your system for your benefit. This thing will go back and forth a bit and it will not work if you let up. It takes a lot of energy and it sometimes doesn't work well. Most of the time it helps if you do not let up. You can't do much else. I used to sit and moan or scream depending on if I was alone. I like to sit in the dark with my arm or arms hanging down. It seems to help with the concentraion. I also used to hold my neck in an odd position but that just felt good and wasn't part of this technique.

I hope this helps but I know it sounds goofy.

Charlie
