It's the ability we have to very slightly alter our circulation. Forget thinking and concentrate on feeling your arms warm up with "redirected" circulation. Also try to "push" the blood away from your head and "feel" it heading for other areas. You have to keep this up and it's tough. but no tougher than a cluster. It's not exactly what is going on but it's the only way dr. Wright could explain it. Damn I hate that you suffer with this crap.
