great drug for them but it made me nervous and unsure of myself as well as causing a ringing in my ears. I think you have a small dose of the stuff and I think Topamax isn't something you have trouble stopping. Ask you MD anyway. For me, I always have to be careful withdrawing because of seizures (epilepsy)
