I just have a question. With all we've seen about how successful this treatment has been for people, I'm just wondering why more people aren't trying it. I realize it's illegal, and that some folks aren't willing to step across that line. I will keep my thoughts on that issue to myself because I think cluster headaches should be illegal too. But, of all the folks who have tried the shrooms, I'm pretty darn sure not one of us has gotten in trouble. I'm sure we would have heard about it.
But, what is it, gang? Are you nervous of the side effects? Are you worried you will suddenly think you will be able to fly or something?
I just don't get it. I read posts from folks who are getting hit 6 or even 8 times a day and they're still popping pill after pill that doesn't appear to be working. On their cluster headaches anyways. But I imagine those pills ARE working on their livers, kidneys, etc. with their nasty long-term side effects.
Can we do a mini survey here and just get some feedback as to why some folks won't even TRY the shrooms? We've had, what, maybe 25+ people try them with what I can gather to be about a 90% success rate. Isn't that enough reason to give it a shot? I mean, it even helped Carl, gang - chronic for almost 3 years and he got a DRASTIC result. It BROKE his cycle. He had 19 PAIN FREE DAYS!!! To a chronic, that's like winning the lottery. If that isn't incentive, I don't know what is.
Anxious to see your responses...
