Imitrex, yes, was first made for migraine sufferers and the folks at Glaxo Wellcome, Inc., the last time I talked with them, said they still will not advertise publicly that they are for clusters. The only reason being that clusterheads have to use more than the recommended dose. Read your product info sheet in your imitrex package and you will see this. They say that safety and effectiveness has not been recognized for cluster headaches. But we all know why they are saying this...to cover their own ass in case we take over the recommended dose. We all ,also, know they are effective for clusters. End of that subject. And yes, I agree, THIS SITE IS FOR CLUSTER SUFFERERS ONLY.....we are different than people with migraines. We may use some and I say some of the same abortives but not the same preventatives. There are plenty of sites out there for migraines so let's keep this playground for us guys, even if it means being rude when someone refuses to leave. Plus I can not wait to see these dudes hugging in Atlanta...what a sight! smiles, nancyc
