it is taking on day at a time...when necessary take a minute or second at a time...and pretty soon time has passed and so has the pain... Hang in their...during times when you can't deal...you learn really quick who are their to support and comfort you and who won't be their... You have many people here that love you and will always be here for you no matter what ....good times and bad..lean on them, family, friends etc...and someday when they need you maybe you will be the one they lean on....
