Jonny, you know I agree with you about this being a cluster board. Those who do not suffer from clusters should politely be told that this is not the place for them, though they are welcome to garner whatever information from us here that they want - we all want awareness of ch.

There are however a lot of people who have both ch and migraine, and I think the question here is perfectly reasonable. Though they are entirely different conditions, there must be some connection between them in certain areas of their operation.

For the record, I graduated from migraine to ch in my late twenties. Since having my first ch, I have had one migraine - that's in getting on for fifteen years. Since being chronic, six years now, I haven't had one. That to my mind argues a connection.

One other thing, having the occasional migraineur with clusters comment is very useful - not once have I heard any of them say that they would prefer ch to migraine. That is a weapon in our armoury when trying to explain the pain.
