Vepramil never did anything for me. However, if I miss a dose of lithium I feel it. I did take topamax also for close to a year. The tingling should go away on its own soon. it would last 3-4 days than go away until the dose was upped. Then same thing. 3-4 days of tingling then it would stop. However, I do know that some sizure meds cause tingling beside topamax and the feeling doesn't go away. So maybe it depends on the individual. I would suggest ridding it out for at least a week to see what happens.
