Sorry - should have given more detail. I was talking about preventative medications, specifically verapamil combined with lithium at the moment. Just had to raise the verapamil dose recently and now things have settled down again am wondering whether to try lowering it again in a while. Am a bit worried about just going up and up and up ... Strange how you think about this sort of thing when the suffering goes away - and couldn't care less about the size of the dose when it comes back!
