Hi, I just stumbled onto this great web site. I think your post about diet is very interesting, from an allergy point of view. I am just starting to suspect some king of link with my headaches to allergic reaction of some kind. I just had my first night free of a hit in 4 days. My current cycle started slowly about 3 weeks ago, after a 5 year remission, getting more frequent up until yesterday. The start of this period coincided with a prescription I got for cortisone nose spray for severe allergy/hay fever I have this year. I stopped using this stuff about a week ago because I seemed to be getting a sore throat/sinus reaction from it. I think this stuff is sort of slow acting and probably takes a while to dissipate. Anyway, last night the allergy/hay fever symptoms returned with a vengeance sneezing runny ichy nostril (same one as runs during a hit). But surprise, no headache hit last night and an absence of precursor symptoms today. It will be interesting to see if my current cycle aborts coincident with stopping this allergy medication. Does anyone else have thoughts on diet/allergy/fitness related to these headeaches??
