OK Tim, First of all, get the heck off the tylenol with codeine unless you want to go thru some terrible withdrawals and believe me when I say terrible. Plus they do not touch cluster pain. Ask your neuro for a preventative like verapamil, topamax, prednisone, lithium...look at the list of meds posted on the board. Believe me, if you can prevent them, you can save yourself not only alot of pain but money as imitrex and maxalt are so expensive. Good luck brother.
