I would call myself 'mild' in comparison as well. I have just had my second attack, they last for 1-2weeks (so far). The first was oct. of 97, and I am 31 and female.... My second attack (last week) was easier on me psychologically, becuase I knew what meds to take, and that it would end (as opposed to the first time, I was convinced I was dying... was calling my parents with my dying wishes etc.). I don't know if that helps, but i can tellyou that finding this sight during my second attack was a miracle. It was so hard to try to explain to anyone and everyone what an emotional toll this takes on me (doctors made me feel even more crazy), and I am just happy to feel as though there is someone who cares and knows.
