My Doc started me at 180mg twice a day. I went for a follow up today and he told me not to be surprised it they come back when my body adjusted. He said that I was on the lowest level so we had plenty of room to grow during my cycle if need be.
Yeah the first two days I was really sleepy and light headed but I feel fine now. It lowers your blood pressure so that is why you feel tired. Make sure you don't eat grapefruit. grapefruit lowers your blood pressure and can send you into a dive.
On the upside when he took my pressure today it was the lowest it has been in 6 years.
