Had a paincon 9.5 Wednesday and really thought I was going to die. The peak lasted almost 2 hours. Headbanging on the floor (THANK GOD for the pillow).
The last 3 nights have lasted no more than 2.5 hours with a peak of 30 mins that was 'tolerable'. One of 4 things are helping...what do you think??:
1. Drinking Chocolate Milk with my Verapamil. (Sounds whacky, but the days I had straight milk the headaches were worse)
2. Popping 2 Tylenol-2's about 30 mins before the headache is due to hit. (only time I take the stuff)
3. The Verapamil is actually starting to work.
4. This cycle is on it's downward trend
