I can relate to the HA coversation. It would seem when I discussd a cluster with someone, I would start to showdow, not bad but I knew it was there. I have known other CHers to have the same problem.
I don't want to give you bad news, but your cycle sounds just like mine when these things first came on. In the first two years I could even go to sleep when the attack started, wake after an hour and it was gone. In 28 years it sure changed and not for the better.
Good luck to you, I hope they never get worse and maybe just go away.
