Psilocybin is converted immediately to psilocin once it hits your bloodstream. Psilocin differs from serotonin by just a few atoms... they are chemically virtually identical. Another thing to remember is that the amount in the bloodstream is VERY small, even at the beginning of the experience.
This means that the standard drug tests miss it completely. Even a test designed specifically to detect it is worthless unless it is administered within about twelve hours of eating the mushrooms... eighteen hours at the VERY most, and even then it is unlikely that a urine sample would show a positive... a blood sample MIGHT show positive if it was analyzed by extremely skilled technicians that knew EXACTLY what to look for.
Bottom line...
Don't sweat it.
