Although it's technically possible to test shrooms, the quantities of psilocybin involved are very small, and are quickly cleared from your body. It takes 5 days before every trace is gone, but you're below the threshold they can test at within 24 hours. The tests for psilocybin and LSD are extremely expensive, and it is unlikely that you're employer would pay for them. They do not form part of any standard drugs test.
