Hello. I am a twenty-two year old male who has been experiencing episodic ch since the age of sixteen. I am currently in the midst of a fairly vicious cycle (4-6/day of varying intensity) and am seeing a new neurologist later this week. OK. My question: I am planning to leave in approximately 6 weeks for Peace Corps service overseas. I will be gone for over two years, and will be outside of the range of standard pharmaceutical ch treatment for the duration of this period (slim chance that I may be able to continue verapamil, but definitely no abortives). Does anyone have any low-tech ideas for treatment? Any RPCV's among you who had to deal with a similar situation? Input will be greatly appreciated.
