Also, I don't think migraines will have the answer for CH. Migraine is a completely different disease from cluster. In searching for something with which to treat M they found something that is also effective for CH. But if they're looking for a 'cure' for migraine then they are looking in the wrong place to find a cure for CH. Migraine originates in the brain stem, cluster in the hypothalamus.
Our best bet is not to piggy back on migraine but to encourage CH specific research.
