Maybe these unfortunate people do not come here to read information. They may not be in any
condition to read.
They may have already studied about CH but still have doubts and questions. Maybe their doctors have not given them enough information, and they are uncertain about their diagnosis.
But most important they are probably just looking for some humans to talk to. There are other ways to learn about CH besides the material linked here, but there are very few places where newcomers can ask questions directly.
Would it not be better to reach out to them, ask them if they are clusterheads, and give them a chance to explain. To me it seems very cruel not to be kind to people who erroneously navigate to the MB. Their pain may be just as real and horrible to them as CH is to us. If they have not ever had a cluster attack they do not know how bad they are. Should we shun them because of their ignorance?
If there are days when we do not feel up to answering the same question for the hundredth time we should just sit back and allow someone else to respond to that post.
So much is posted here that is personal, entertaining, inspirational, and educational, it seems a shame not to be willing to take a few minutes away from our pleasure to help those who are not in the know.
