Find a good neurologist. There are some listed on the OUCH board (look to your left). There may be one close to you. If not, ask around for a good one. There are many different meds available, both as abortives and painkillers. Many sufferers have found relief with O2. You need to be under the care of a good neuro. Different meds work for different folks. Some have side effects. Good luck!
