my sleep study results finally came back and i don't have anything that leads to a CH,(oh yeah' don't i wish) at least during sleep, any possible connection for me has been ruled out. hated to tell em' i told ya' so ... butt. i've got normal rates all around and if it was breathing i'd be pf all day and i've sure never been that. i agree that anything that slows or inhibits o2 flow is a trigger though. lots of things do that and sleep is only one of many.
