Rio, I'm wondering if what you're experiencing might not be clusters, but migraines. I'm an ex(hopefully) migrainer and mine used to last that long.
The traditional cluster attack, however, rarely lasts longer than 2 hours.
You might want to check out the cluster traits and take the cluster quiz in the buttons on the left to see which category you fall into. There are lots of really good websites on the internet that deal with migraines too. We're hearing more and more stories, however of doctors mis-diagnosing patients and telling them they have cluster headaches when they, in fact, are suffering from something else. This is scary because the meds they will give you for clusters probably won't help you if that's not what you have.
