It saddens me to hear of people going chronic and at 21??? Jeeeez!! I was there thru my 40s and am episodic now. How did/do I function socially? I have had to excuse myself from dinners, parties, you name it, and get outside to do the CH march. My true friends understood, the ones that didn't weren't friends at all. But we can't let the beast win. Make your plans and if you cancle at the last minute, you find out who your true friends are. I did.
