and when and if the visit begins anew, go with the flow, it won't last forever even when it seems like forever is just outside the door waitin' to get in. i feel every word you say as it may have come from me ...from any of us.
i've lost count on how many times i've spent nursing pot after pot of coffee to stay awake just to avoid the onslaught. thing is you will fall asleep eventually and usually whap your head on something when it's falling down!
take comfort in the fact that you're never in the midst of the pain alone, come here and get rid of the baggage when it's done. makes life sooo much more bearable. hang tough Bob .. you can and i've got faith you will :-)
