First, your pic must reside on the internet somewhere. Easiest way to do this is as you've heard - post it on one of the free pic hosting sites.
Okay, so now you have your pic on the WWW. If you go it, put your cursor over the pic and then click the right mouse button once, a menu box will open up. Choose Properties from that box and you'll see the URL of your pic. Let's say your pic is in a PhotoPoint album called Stacy and the pic is named MyDog, the URL will look something like this:
http://www.photopoint.com/Stacy/MyDog.jpg
Copy that URL (point to it, hold down the left mouse button, highlight the entire address, then right click and choose Copy. Come on back to ch.com and open a Post window.
At the bottom of the Post Message window, there are three boxes. The first is for URL Links, the second is the title of the Link and the 3rd is for Image links. Skip the first two, click your cursor in the Image link box, right click and choose Paste. Your pic URL should now be in that box. Fill out the rest of the post and post it.
Pretty easy, right? Y'all got it now?
