I found this site while PF and stuck around for almost a year even though I didn't have a full-blown cycle during that whole time. I am not the type to post a whole lot but I am working on that :) Anyway, I left for several reasons. All of which were completely unrelated to the board or clusters except for one. It got to where I was thinking about clusters all of the time and wondering when they were going to strike again(my cycle pattern seems to have gone all funny on me). I wanted to forget the hell as much as possible so I left. Unfortunately, that means I left the people also. But that doesn't mean they were forgotten. Whether or not they knew it or even believe in it, they were in my prayers.
I am in a cluster cycle now but after I finally faced the fact that it indeed, was a cycle and started my verapamil, I am now PF. At least for the past 4 days.
I want to make a pledge to each of you and myself to do better about sticking around. If not daily, then at least a couple times a week.
